This is a massage parlor masquerading as a day spa. The services are reasonably priced and the massage itself was fine. The drawbacks are there are stairs to enter and exit the location which detracts from the experience. The overall atmosphere is lacking as well compared to other franchises. It’s not that this place is bad, I’ve just had much better experiences elsewhere.

Received a spa package as a gift in December. I have been trying to book the services and they are always unavailable, I was told to book ahead so I booked over a month ago. I received a call today. 30 minutes before my scheduled spa day that someone called in sick and I cannot have the massage or the nail services, but I can come in for the facial. After 6 months of trying to book these services, I asked for a refund for my gift card since they cannot accommodate the spa package I was given as I would like to go somewhere else for the services. I was told they do not do refunds but I could purchase items in their spa. They happily sold the gift card, they just don’t seem too concerned or care to provide the services, as I have been trying to redeem the gift card for 6 months.

First time going got a prenatal massage and a pedicure package and loved both. The pedicure lady was super nice an love how the nails look and the massage was heaven dozed off from how relaxing it was . Even the waiting til I got taken back wasn’t bad very friendly staff would 100percent recommend to anyone needing to relax.

This place was awesome. Really warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was immaculate and the people working are super super friendly. The wife and I got Swedish massages. My masseuse took the time to work out all the knots in my neck and back. I got up walking around like a newborn giraffe. I would totally recommend it.

Update:11-2021, I’ve been going the Woodhouse CC for years now and it’s consistently top notch in service. Staff is very pleasant and professional, the environment is nice and clean, and the massage therapists do an excellent job. There are two that really stand out in their technique. Only suggestion I have is for the owners…they could relocate to a newer facility. Other than that, 5 stars all around.
