This is a very zen-like, upscale spa. When you arrive, you change into a robe and slippers. You can choose a cold or warm neck wrap, and they offer beverages including mimosas.. The changing areas are nice. Lockers are provided for your belongings. They have showers if you want to use them. It’s definitely serene. I had a massage with Aly. She was wonderful! They offer you water upon leaving. The only problem is that it is a little too pricey. $105 is the least expensive offering, and they expect a 20% tip.

Amazing service & luxurious spa! I booked a massage with Ethan – he was awesome! The package I got included a scrub and a soak before my massage. It was phenomenal! Literally felt like I was in heaven. The staff here is super sweet and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and relaxed for your spa experience. I’ll definitely be back!

The out on a good show up front and in the locker room only to provide at best mediocre services. I was really excited for my facial. Hardly any steam, she actually shut off the steam while my mask was on and was massaging me. The steam would have helped my mask penetrate deeper into my skin. Definitely a “chain facial” and do not customize. Never going back and would not recommend.

I booked a Massage and Facial for my husband on 6/7 for services to take place on 6/18 for Father’s Day as a surprise. I received an email confirmation and called a week prior just to confirm since it was a surprise. When my husband went in for his services the front desk said that they couldn’t find his reservation and said that he they didn’t have anything booked. He felt very embarrassed and even the manager wasn’t trying to be helpful. He finally called me and I told the manager I had an email confirmation and she said she would fit him in, however he didn’t get a massage (the service I booked way in advance) and was offered a pedicure. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Very disappointed since this was his first time and he felt like all of his services were rushed.

The only downside is that it went by so quick, we’ll be returning for a longer massage.Man oh man! I was definitely not expecting all the attentiveness and great customer service. I recently went with a friend to get a pedicure and the whole experience was much better than going to a regular nail shop. I loved the extra perks: robes, lockers, slippers, etc.They also did a great job with the actual pedicure. My only concern was that the scrub was dry and rough. During the exfoliating phase with the scrub my legs actually got really red and it hurt. I probably should have said something but I was a little shy.
