I will not be going back to this nail salon. The lady that did my nails didn’t paint the tips or put clear coat on them. She also put my pointer finger one on crooked and cut open my skin while using the file. She was rough while applying the nails too and after they were all done she told me to “make sure next time for my future nail tech that I bring my hands closer so they can see it better and do a better job” ….. like you didn’t tell me to move closer at all throughout the 50 minutes I was sitting there. Now I pick at my skin sometimes but she cut deep into my thumb and there was no previous cut there. The only good thing about this place is that they accept walk up’s and have a bunch of manicure and pedicure station but it still is not worth it.

I come here often and can usually exactly what I want or something close to it. Today I was beyond disappointed. I wanted marbleized nails. I had a picture. It was attempted but it was horrible. I was given a different design, completely different than what I asked for and showed. This was also the most money I’ve spent in here so to say I’m disappointed is an under statement. I’m more disappointed that nobody really tried to right. At all. Not sure if I’ll be back after this experience. I come out of my way for this nail salon so I would like to feel like it matters what I like. I wanted something fun, bright with lots of color! Not what I received. Feel like I wasted my money.

First,I was told $35 for a fill on the phone and when they were done I was charged $40 and they didn’t tell me anything about any extra charges and I only got one regular solid color and no designs. Second it’s only been FOUR days and they look like this. I’ve been getting my nails done for over a year now and have never had this happen before. I went here because I couldn’t go to my normal place. First,I was told $35 for a fill on the phone and when they were done I was charged $40 and they didn’t tell me anything about any extra charges and I only got one regular solid color and no designs. Second it’s only been FOUR days and they look like this. I’ve been getting my nails done for over a year now and have never had this happen before. paid 70$ and left a 20$ tip then 2 days later 2 nails popped off, when in to get them fixed, she rushed and they were thin and didn’t match the other nails at all. different shades and everything. now a week later, i’ve lost 4 more nails. keep in mind this was a fill from another salon, and they’d only pop off at the bottom where their product was:

I unfortunately had one of the most rushed and painful nail experiences here. I was unsure what shape or style I wanted and was told I need to hurry and tell her “NOW” what I was doing. Therefore I was cut 3 times on the same hand with the electric file and went home with sore fingers. Also had to get the excess polish off my own skin once back home. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone I know. Terrible experience here.
