I’d gone here a few times and had positive experiences but this most recent time, the nail technician (Kim) cut WAY too deep and caused an infection. I can’t put any weight on my foot, it’s leaking pus, and I have to take oral antibiotics to address it, as topical creams aren’t helping.

Don’t ever get a Face waxing here! I came here last April right before my birthday to get a pedicure. The person (who I had never had before) talked me into getting a face waxing. I was a little hesitant but she assured me everything would be fine. After i left my face broke out all over and was red and swollen. I immediately called and talked to the owner who told me to come back in and gave me this cream to put on it – needless to say the cream didn’t work. My face broke out so bad with bumps everywhere for 2 weeks. I have gotten waxing at other places and this has never happened to me. The day of my birthday party I tried to cover up the many bumps around my eyebrows and upper lip with makeup but my face was so broken out and looked terrible so my birthday was ruined this year. I barely got my money refunded back because i practically had to beg for the refund. It just really surprised me because i thought i was considered a good customer and I have been coming to this place for so many years. I will never go back.

It took me so long to find a nail salon I really love. Now I won’t go anywhere else. Tammy really takes her time and makes sure I get the best service. On top of that, everyone is so nice and I feel like family when I’m there. Would give 100 stars if I could!

Went there 3,4 times experience was fine can say above average this time the lady who does my eye brows was not there I just humbly asked that is she not there today the other lady sounded v rude and said come tomorrow come tomorrow come tomorrow and I’m like I was just asking I have to do anyway then she said it ll b $8 and I’m like yes ma’am I know that seemed she wasn’t in a mood to provide service , well she did my both eye brows differently and she was rushing one is thin and other is thick , I dint say anything , of course I dint give any tip as my experience was horrible ,at the checkout I just asked about the nails flyer as that’s their specialty she dint even bother to reply me or look at me

The lady was nice and did a good job but they charged me $47 not including tip for a pedicure. Sorry but that’s wayyy to much. The high end salon down the road only charges $30. I won’t be back.

They are a complete fraud . They quote you one price when you call on the phone and change it when you walk thru the door. They also change which products they use on you to try and make you pay $17 more for nail polish, their equipment is not clean and needs to be replaced. When using the nail dremel on my hands it had got extremely hot within the 1st minute of using it and when you bring this to their attention they dismiss you as if you’re crazy for even having the audacity to question them. I had received a phone call while getting my nails done letting me know that one of my closest friends had passed away and was asked to get off my phone as she sees me crying. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Tried this place since it was around the corner from the house. Very cool day and both front and back doors were wide open. I came in for a pedicure and that’s what I got. Nothing special. Didn’t ask if I wanted a design (which was on from last pedicure). I don’t mind paying extra for it. I picked my color and tech had to add fluid because it was so thick. They were supposed to be sparklely but are not. Tech did listen about taking off extra cuticle on little toe. Don’t think I will be back.

horrible experience tried this salon cause vlinks was closed I’m a young women,and when other customers were starting coming in after being one of the only ones.At this shop they started trying to rush me out the door and didn’t take there time. Ended up disliking the nails my toes didn’t even dry because of them trying to rush me out the door. I felt weird and when I went home the toes looked disgusting and started coming off I went the next day and told them to fix the mess. I really should of asked for my money back but didn’t wanna start an altercation.So I just made them re do it just overall not a good experience. and, I really should of waited the next for the shop across the street to open,but decided to go here because I wanted to try it but yea it a no for me don’t even waste your money here.
