I have been looking for a new nail salon, and even though I had already heard about the owner, David’s, rude disposition, I decided to try it anyway. I liked the manicurist I used; she was lovely and did a good job. However, things come up and appointments sometimes need to be changed. For example, you cannot have a manicure when you’ve sliced open your finger with a knife. When I called to reschedule, David said, “You change your appointments a lot!” Well, isn’t this a service industry? It is unfortunate that to visit this salon one needs to deal with this man who is the worst example of customer service I have ever witnessed. Do not bother going unless you want to feel unwelcomed.

Love this nail salon!! They have a clean and well-decorated atmosphere. Doesn’t feel like a rushed assembly line the way most salons do. Huge color & polish brand selection, always offer me a free drink (coffee, wine, water, etc). Prices are only $1-2 above surrounding places but service is GREAT and well worth it.

I’ve had decent visits here in the past, although today’s experience might’ve turned me away for good. I called the spa a week prior to my appointment for two services (myself and my mother). Two hours before the the appointment I called to also confirm both appointments. Upon my arrival I was told one of my services booked wouldn’t be able to be done… the male receptionist claimed to have ‘Made an error’. This was highly unprofessional. Without receiving a call in advance of the changes. Truly inconsiderate.

I wanted to try this salon out and made an appointment. 30 minutes before my appointment the owner calls to tell me they need to move my appointment 20 mins back and I said okay. I get there and they tell me they are unable to do the Powder Set as listed on their website. The tech says they can’t do it and the owner blames me and continues to talk over me. Best experience I ever had getting my nails done! David and his team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everything from the beverages, massages, to the cozy environment, I loved it all! The owners designed the place with an amazing blend of industrial rustic decor. It also gave me some new decorating ideas for home. If you go, try out the Honey-milk spa treatment. My nails look amazing and I can’t wait to come back.

It’s a beautiful, clean shop and the manicurists are good and sweet, but the owner David is rude, unprofessional, and doesn’t care about his regular customers.
