I went in on Saturday morning around 11:20 am I had know appointment so there was a 20 minute wait. I was sitting in a chair at 11:40 getting my feet done. I was out of there by 12:45 The services I received was a Gel overlay Pedicure and an eyebrow arch. Lisa got me tight!!

The fumes get to you first coming in, but I suppose that is typical for such an establishment. In spite of that, the actual full treatment pedi I received was quite relaxing. The massage chair definitely assisted to the completion of my comfort. And the attention to detail they gave my poor toes and feet was exceptional. Pricing was reasonable and the service was excellent. Would come back and highly recommend to others

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was treated very bad and i had a appointment and the nail tech Lisa never showed up two time in a row.. I had to sign the book both time i was stood up.I was told that no one wants to do my nails. i stated that i had a appointment and the front desk worker allowed a person to go in front of me and i was their first . I ask ed why is she going first and i was here before her and i was told that they do not want to do my nails . i said to the man who runs the front desk that i would report the bad service to BBB and he simply said we do not care. I refuse to just walk out and they finally got someone to work with me . I always spend $100 and i know i am being overcharged . I also loss a nail with in one week and went to another place where i was treated with respect. I went back and talked to one of the managers Lisa the same person who stood me up twice to find out why she keep standing me up and why was i treated so bad . I was given a apology and told the ladies do not like me . Please keep your money, these people are are trifling and very unprofessional. They’ll do anything to get your money. They don’t clean they’re nail utensils after dealing with another client.
