Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityI had an exceptional time here today!! I have only been to a nail salon one other time and it was to this same place!! That took such great care of me and are very flexible.Unfortunately while I was getting my nails done, a potentially drunk woman who was super entitled came in and just started yelling at the owners. I went in with a couple of friends and two of us left bleeding. I didn’t find them rude necessarily, just indifferent, but this was hands down the worst pedicure I have ever had. All of the spa parts were rushed and harsh but mostly she cut my cuticles so much they bled. A lot. She acted like nothing happened and just painted over it. Definitely do not recommend!

Very quite staff, it’s almost awkwardly quite. They don’t even talk to each other. But they do good work. The male nail tech is very precise and efficient, I love the shape of my nails and he fixed the mess the last nail salon did. The lady who did my pedicure did a good job, I could tell she was detail attentive. My big toe hurt for about 3-4 days on the inside which is why I have 4 stars. It’s like she dug into the side of my nail too much, it got inflamed, possibly infected. But it’s better now.

Took my 17 y.o. daughter for a Shellac Manicure and they did a shoddy job of it. There is polish all over fingers and it just looks terrible. Very unhappy that my daughter was treated such a way! This Shellac Manicure cost extra because the ring fingers were “holographic” too. Pictures taken day of manicure and it looks weeks old already.

One of the most unpleasant experiences I ever paid for. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and tried handling this with as much grace as I could, because I refuse to be “that Karen.” I’ve been coming here for years and finally decided enough is enough. Not sure why I gave them my business when they’re often rude, abrasive, and somewhat combative about how you’d like your nails done. I’m low maintenance so never ask for anything too difficult. Although their shop was empty while we were there today, it was a very hurried, an almost frenzied experience with the lady passive aggressively slamming things around on her work station. She was very rough and cut my cuticles many times. She made me bleed a few times and kept pouring some weird blue antiseptic over the wounds. It stung so much that I felt nauseous and her slamming things around made it all the more unbearable. I finally said something about it…calmy…and respectfully. “Hey, I don’t know if you’re having a bad day, but you’re really hurting me.” Instead of being receptive to her client’s feedback she flipped out and started yelling. The man that works there came out of the back room and they both began yelling at me about how they didn’t deserve to be treated this way…**really**…my toes were bleeding and stinging from antiseptic. They screamed at us to never come back and that they were refusing to finish my daughter’s nails. I paid them and tipped them anyway. I work hard and am on my feet for 9 hours a day earning an honest living. This was supposed to be a much needed self care day for my tired, aching feet, but it was anything but that. Actually feeling a little traumatized by the experience, but hey, I’m a big girl and I can choose to take my business elsewhere…and you should too. Please support a local small business that treats you with respect and kindness. Life is too short to spend your money at an establishment that treats you like cr@p. I still just can’t wrap my brain about what happened at this place today.

Amazing I have worn nails for 40 years the gentleman that owns it (him and his wife) has done my nails twice. They are well shaped and thin and they look natural I have never lost or broken a nail (and I went 5 weeks last time I am not recommending that) they are very affordable…you do have to make an appointment….please call and cancel if you can’t make it …thumbs up

I love them first time and I am picky (REALLYPICKY!!!) The best part so is a gentleman named Danny he’s the owner of the shop I chose to do pink and white very hesitantly and all I have to say is he has freaking Amazing Seven Stars all the way!!!!! ✨
