First of all they over charge. Prices always change. Went in to have a broken nail fixed, that I just had done from them. My nails is broke low and on the side. I go in and ask she say yes acrylic over lay. I said ok and go sit and wait for the lady to come file it and tell me it’s good. She’s not fixing it. First of all I’m paying and u r telling me it’s fine. When I’m telling u it’s not. It keeps catching on everything. I ended up just leaving and won’t be back. Been going here for over a year. Shouldn’t argue with someone who wants to pay for service u did badly.

Overall service was great, had a wait time for like 30 minutes… I got acrylics today and the woman that did mine was a little rough, but my nails look great!

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThe worst manicure I never had. If I could give this review with 0 stars I would. The bs started when the tech sloshed acetone over my fingers and only removed 40% of my red nail polish. Leaving the polish all over my fingers and my nail bed. I asked him to finish removing the polish and he informed me that he was going to drill it off…off my fingers…and your just going to drill down my already nail bed down ??? Anyway…I asked him if I could have some cotton with acetone on it and he gave it to me…then he told me someone else could do my nails and he was going home, which is what he wanted to do in the first place. To make things worse…no one else offered to help me. I’m actually glad, if he couldn’t remove nail polish without doing major damage to my nails, I’m sure the end result wasn’t going to be pretty.The worst manicure I never had. Leaving the polish all over my fingers and my nail bed. My feet were dry after a year of not having them done and they didn’t look much different when I left. He also did my left leg and forgot about the right. As for my nails.
