I went to the salon about a week ago and got a full set. The staff is amazing and everyone is super professional and amazing.. I am visually impaired, and they took their time with me and helped me to my seat. I would absolutely recommend the salon to everyone.. They make you feel welcomed and everyone is super nice. I came for a full set and a pedicure. My pedicure was not relaxing at all. I feel it was very expensive for what I received, it was very rushed and not done properly. I feel a $50 pedicure should not last 15 minutes, my feet look the same as when I went in besides the polish. I had to go purchase a few items to get them appropriate for my beach engagement pictures. They did not rub or massage, they simply rubbed the lotion on and then wiped it off with hot towels. This was not a great experience, I believe when you spend more the service should be better. I will not be back nor recommend.

My friends like coming here, so I started coming with them. I usually just get a full set, and then just a fill till it’s time to get a new set.2 weeks ago I was looking through the shellac polish and they pushed getting dipped powder so I did. I’ve gotten it before, it’s my preferred method because the polish doesn’t chip. I just didn’t know they did dipped. I’ve never had a problem getting my color changed when I get a fill. Yesterday I went in for a fill and a pedicure. My nails are currently blush pink and the color I wanted was a green. Before the service started the nail technician said that if we did the green you’d see the pink when I turned my hands I assured her I was aware. She brought a another woman over just to get the okay, I guess this lady must’ve been the manager. Her and I talk and I told her I don’t mind if underneath my nails are pink and long and the rest of the nail is the green she says yes and just wanted to make sure I knew it’d be a different color underneath and didn’t want me being upset because they’ve had people upset before. We start my service and finish my toes. When I sit down at the table to get my nails done. the manager lady comes over and changes it and says that if I want a new color change I have to take my current nails off and get a new dip. I explained to her I just got my nails done 2 weeks ago I don’t want a whole new set cause i didn’t wanna mess up my natural nail. Then she said well if we do it I’m going to charge you full price instead of a fill. We discussed my service before we started and came to an agreement why are you changing it now, she said cause she thought about it. I’ve never had someone treat me so nasty. Even the nail technician wasn’t sure why she changed it after we had started.

I was in the salon today. I called before I went in to see if they were busy and kind of discuss what I was looking for. I had not gotten my nails done in probably 20 years. We joked that they used to airbursh designs the last time I had them done, that alone tells you how long it had been.
