Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI first went to another nail salon and my nails kept popping off, not good quality. Then I came here at wonder nails and they were absolutely wonderful, professional, clean n I had to wear a mask n they took my temperature. I’m very grateful that they take every precaution to see that your customers are safe. I love It here n I can’t see going anywhere else. My daughter Stacy was right when she chose this Nail Salon for me knowing that I would love it as much as she does. I first went to another nail salon and my nails kept popping off, not good quality. Then I came here at wonder nails and they were absolutely wonderful, professional, clean n I had to wear a mask n they took my temperature. I’m very grateful that they take every precaution to see that your customers are safe. I love It here n I can’t see going anywhere else. Positive: CleanlinessFirst I called this salon in reference to a facial wax. The person who answered the phone was very polite and asked me what time I would like to arrive. I chose a time and the lady said no problem. When I arrived at my chosen time, the staff greeted me which made me very comfortable. Every staff was busy while I went to their Kiosk to check in. First I called this salon in reference to a facial wax. The person who answered the phone was very polite and asked me what time I would like to arrive. I chose a time and the lady said no problem. On the day of my appointment, they did not honor my appointment when I arrived. They said they don’t take the appointments online. Then why have the option? I scheduled an appointment with them online, after trying to make one over the phone (no answer and a full mailbox). On the day of my appointment, they did not honor my appointment when I arrived. They said they don’t take the appointments online. Then why have the option? The manager then shooed her hands at me and walked away. Needless to say, I didn’t get my nails done here and would not reccomend.
