Worst place ever !! Got my nails done and the gel is coming off less than 24 hours later! The lady who sits in the last chair is very rude they don’t greet you. She cut my hand near my nail and keep going didn’t say sorry or anything she gave me a dirty rag to dry my hands when there were napkins right there she rushed and I was the only person in there I should have known better but it was convenient and a last minute thing. don’t waste your time here go some where else they do a poor job and they don’t clean or Santize no tools she literally put them right back so disgusting!!

My experience was awful. I told the lady that was doing my nails that the shape were different numerous time she said she’ll fix it but, it wasn’t fix. On top of that the bottom part of my cuticles were a bit swollen. I will not go back there.

This nail salon was a quick last minute destination. It was a dirty hole in the wall. None of their tools are disposable or new. Now, knowing that we’re in the middle of a pandemic I’d expect the salon to understand the importance of discarding tools. I went for a dip manicure and a pedicure. The two took a total of an hour. I was in and out. Timing was not the issue but their procedures were EXTREMELY rushed. My nail beds are left EXTREMELY SWOLLEN and sore. I was cut many times during filing, mind you the nail fail was DISGUSTING and old. There were many flies, no music, nothing nice to look at. I was extremely uncomfortable and wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. My FINGERS HURT SO BAD!! I’m never coming back!!

Ive lived in this area for about 23 years and have been to many salons . This salon here is pretty decent . They don’t talk about you ( I know because I understand it) they don’t talk much but that’s ok because it’s call professionalism . I don’t want people asking about my business anyways. Michael took his time to pick the right matching Colors for my feet . I got my hands dipped and regular for feet . He also took his time to massage and gave me some designs for free . I did my feet , dipped nails and eyebrows and paid 80$ . I tipped 10 for taking such good care with my nails . He made sure to go over everything after .

They do a great job of cleaning/sanitizing the pedicure tubs, and its only $25 for a full set arcylic. However the customer service is not very good. I asked for oval/round nails and although its not a bad job some of the nails are much thicker than others and some of the nail shapes are bumpy and not smooth; she took a bit too much off on the sides. Not a great job but it wasn’t bad either.

Horrible! From beginning to end. First, they do not greet you. I didn’t expect top service because of the mediocre front entrance bit a simple “hi” or “how may I help you” would be nice. But my regular nail place was full and my back up nail place was too. I just needed a simple pedicure. Honestly, a Polish change would have sufficed. The lady, young lady, probably in her 20’s, did my pedicure while the other older lady relax in the pedicure chair with her SHOES ON the tub part. I just stared at her, hoping she would move them since I seen her but no, she did not care. The water was so hot, i told her 3x it was hot and screamed when i couldn’t take it. A sorry would have been nice but, that was not in their vocabulary.The lady was abrasive, she made my foot bleed, threw alcohol on it and kept it moving. They use the blade to smooth your feet and throw it back in a cabinet, didn’t seem very sanitary. Now people started to come in and maybe they are not used to a line (I could see why they wouldn’t have a line now) but she started panicking. She rushed to put my nail Polish on to the point it was literally smudged everywhere. She told me “all done” I said “no, can you fix my polish on ALL my toes”. It was ridiculous! It looked worse than when I came in!

This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had! They seriously need to do better. I’m not impressed with the service or their rushed work. They seemed very unorganized and they rushed my nails despite no one being in there. My nails literally broke within the week (no heavy lifting or hitting). The nail tips were so thin and cheap! I will not return to this place.

This place is right down the street from me, in Roslindale Square.. so it’s convenient to just go here. For a long time they had some pretty beat up Spa Pedi Chairs. They looked so old and raggedy that I don’t think they got much people going in there for pedicures before. Anyway, since then, they’ve upgraded the chairs and now I’m always seeing people getting pedicures. Haha.. what a difference it makes when you just invest in something nice for your business.
