I have been to this place before but this past Saturday the job was terrible and I didn’t notice until after 2 days of been home already. Did dipping powder and the nails look like they have 14 days old but is not even been a week, some of the nails look chunky. I also did wax on my chin, eyebrows and mustache, I still have hair when is supposed to last at least 14 days, I spent $100 between everything and they did terrible job.

The best place to get lashes and eyebrows done at a reasonable price. All the ladies are wonderful but I always request Emily. She does a wonderful job. She knows exactly what I like and how I like it. My lashes last up to a month. Great customer service!

Terrible customer service, the lady who was doing my nails didn’t understood what I was saying, she was hurting my finger, using that machine to take the gel off, she broke two nails and just was keept going. Still have gel in my nails and she said for me go wash my hands to finish the nail, so I went to pay and left, so ridiculous.

They’re service has always been mediocre, but i kept going because it was cheap. But over the last 2 years they’ve upped their prices on everything but have not improved with doing nails, customer service, or any other service they provide. I went to go a simple soak off of my acrylic nails, and they said that it would be $20… they said that it cost that much because I was getting them soaked off to possibly go to someone else to get my nails done after leaving them or some sort of crazy explanation. I just went to the beauty supply next door and bought some nail clippers and etc to do it myself because that is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional of them to even insinuate such things, when they’re just supposed to provide the service at the listed price. I recommend going elsewhere because they never really have a set price for anything anymore, it’s all about how much they need for the day or how petty/greedy they’re feeling.

Nails were poorly done. No matter what profession you’re in, you should take pride in it and love what you do. The nail tech who did my nails was watching his phone at the same time which could’ve cause an accident as he’s using tools, My nails were not buffed properly, they were very uneven and chunky. I went to get some dip powder, instead the nail tech used a brush to apply like a regular acrylic. Thank God this isn’t my nail salon, I went as a last minute to attend a wedding as my previous nails got damaged. I was not pleased. I paid, tip the tech too and left. I will never go back and I would not recommend. VERY POOR JOB

I’ve been there for 3 manicures and all 3 times have been bad. The only saving grace in there are the women but they only do eyes and pedicures. I’ve had Kim and she was great. This place is an absolute shame of people working and think they can ultimately disrespect all people of color that walk in. Just simply because I know what I want they made me color my own toes per the owner stating that I am too picky and no one would take me when it was my very first visit there. I mentioned to the owner that he needed more patience and and learn how to talk to people everyone isn’t the same so he called me all names and everything when I intended to pay anyway. I do not recommend this place they are completely racist when predominantly blacks helps keeps their business running.

If I could give a negative number rating I would. Awful service and very rude. Went to get an eyebrow wax and got treated poorly because I didn’t want to tint. I hate how tint looks and declined the offer multiple times. The tech was rough, didn’t want to wax the middle of my eyebrows and didn’t even tweeze the extra hairs due to her being upset about me declining the extra service. Then had the nerve to slap my hand, when I was trying to insert my card to pay. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! Never felt so humiliated as a human.
