This location made my day! The staff today was awesome and I can’t say Thank you enough! I had an appointment at Ultra beauty but after waiting all day I was told that the stylist assigned didn’t know how to cut. “But I booked a haircut appointment” so how was this possible???? The male and female stylist there were extremely rude and lacked customer service skills. I left extremely upset. I walked into Wonder Cut less than 10mins till they closed in tears. . The staff was awesome. They stayed open a few minutes just to take care of be. Words can not express how grateful I am. Thank you Thank you Thank you

Critical: QualityOnly the older lady with glasses was good , the rest 2 of them were horrible, the girl with auburn hair ruined my 5 year old daughters hair , I told her she needed a bob and she put layers in it and it doesn’t even look like a bob , it’s not equal on both sides. I am horrified. I was so angry but my husband told me not to go there every agin. The other lady with blond hair did my hair and she did a bad job too. Only the older lady with glasses was good , the rest 2 of them were horrible, the girl with auburn hair ruined my 5 year old daughters hair , I told her she needed a bob and she put layers in it and it doesn’t even look like a bob , it’s not equal on both sides. Katherine did a great job, and since my hair is super-thick and nearly impossible to deal with, she deserves a big pat on the back. My husband is so impressed with my haircut, he plans to ask her to do something with his impossible hair too. The rest of the ladies were personable, despite how busy the salon was at the time, and they made their way through the waiting crowd quickly and politely – and without getting flustered. Good job all around ladies!
