Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueOh man! This place is amazing! I went after lunch so there wasn’t many people there (i was also uncertain how long it would take for me with my hair cut) and the staff was so friendly as soon as i walked in the door!I have curly curly THICK HAIR and I avoid getting it cut because it’s so difficult to find people who KNOW how to cut curly hair..my worries were set at ease when i met Michelle. She’s been working as a hair stylist for over 30 years and she knew exactly how to cut and treat my hair. Honestly, the visit there was amazing and we had a great chat. Critical: QualityI’ve had my child’s haircut here many times and they usually do a really good job decided to get my haircut here did the worst haircut I’ve ever received in my life showed a picture of my hair and how I wanted to be style just like in the picture did not get my haircut back I got a boy haircut uneven both side and I. The back most horrible experience ever. I had to point out my hair was uneven and she still didn’t straighten it.
