I came here for my first massage, and was a little anxious about it. Joanne was very sweet, understanding, and reassuring to me. I really appreciated that, and the massage she did was wonderful! It really helped me to relax, despite things I was going through, and was a very nice experience. I truly recommend Joanne.

My mother and I went a few days ago and I thought I’d share my experience. We had a package that included a full body massage, a facial, mani, pedi, and blow out. My massage therapist was Jackie. she knew right away I wasn’t the kind of person that was used to relaxing, and mentioned I felt tense. especially my neck. Hearing this was kind of bittersweet because my body had felt tight for a while, and I wasn’t sure what was wrong. I’ll definitely be going back to see her. My facial was done by Samantha. Again I could not really relax because that’s just who I am. However my skin felt great afterwards. She also recommended an acne spot treatment. I’ve been using it as directed and I’ve already noticed a difference. I’ve used a lot of different acne products (even high end ones) and I’ve never seen anything work this good, and this fast. I would go back to her just to see what else she might recommend! Next was the manicure, they offered the no chip and I said yes because it usually lasts longer and is totally worth it. However she put too much polish on and the surface got kind of lumpy. Also I felt as if she was rushing. I ended up picking it all off during my pedicure. (Anxiety you know?) The toe nail polish was totally fine on my toes, done by the same person, however it was not no chip polish, therefore I believe there is a lack of training with the no chip polish. (Owner, please advise) Next was my hair. I got the blow out and then she curled it. (Per my request) I absolutely loved it and was mad I had no where to go to show it off afterwards. After all of this they have you check out at the register, and they go over all the products the professionals recommended. overall I had a great experience.

My daughter and I went in to get mani pedi’s. I got both and she just got a pedi. The girl who did my no chip mani did not clean up my cuticles very well, and the polish on my thumb chipped after I got home and did the dishes. For my pedi, I got a burgundy color and she didn’t clean up the edges and there was polish on my skin. 30 min later I put my shoes on and the polish still wasn’t dry and ruined.

My first time there because I had a gift card. I had a appointment with a colorist but forgot and missed it. I rescheduled and had a young girl who obviously did not know about color. I showed her a picture of the colors I wanted and she asked a more experienced girl about it and they advised me on getting a toner that was not as dark as what I wanted so I agreed. I asked for silver highlights on top because I am a older women. The color came out very dark, which I accepted but no highlights. I also had hair die all over my ears and neck because she didn’t wash my hair correctly.. I asked for it to be fixed. She got the manager. I showed my photo to her and said it was not what I asked for and I didn’t care at that point how much it cost I wanted it fixed. I had to go to work the next day. So another women said she could fix my hair color after she was finished with her current client. She did make me happier then first girl. But ended up bleach blonde in back. I paid for 2 different services on my hair with no one bothering to at least offer to cover any of the cost from the first. Needless to say, I tipped both of the women well and will never go back there again. I don’t care what their name is. Their other services maybe fantastic but never got to try because I used my gift card of 225$ on hair care.

Went for a massage and was very disappointed. This can’t really be called a spa anymore. The tranquility room is off limits, locker room off limits, sauna off limits. Wasn’t even offered a cup of water. We were asked to sit in a hallway at a hard chair and wait for our massages. Even the masseuses wore street clothes, I didn’t even realized they worked there when they called my name. The only thing they offered was the use of a bathroom. Pathetic. I used to always give gift cards for WM but I won’t do that again.
