Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis place WAS great. I’ve been there at least 20-30 times started off great. Over time things greatly changed. My debit card seems to only not work there being that for months it’sthe only location I’ve had a issue at over the months with my card. I always go to whatever store is in the shopping center withdraw cash come back with my payment plus 20$ tip sometimes a larger tip. But today aftter months of this and bringing cash and just not having the time after working a 16 hr day to stop and get cash. I was looking forward to finally getting a massage. The woman who gave me it I’m sure tried but definitely was over worked and tired and couldn’t give a good massage. When I went to pay the usual card issue happened but this time the lady who does the cash register who I’ve dealt with many times and knows I pay and tip even better decided to try and direct me to the atm’s in the shopping center which I in fact knew were broken having to do this before she relentlessly tried telling me to use the one at the smoke shop until I clearly pointed out the sign on it that said out of order.I knew going to the check cashing place was my guaranteed atm stop for the withdrawal I wanted to make. Upon my return the lady was waiting for me outside of the store like I’ve said I’ve been there 20-30 times always get 90 minute massages and always tip 20 plus.
