I chose 5 Stars, because James was really good and attentive! He listened to exactly what I wanted and he was so kind and brought up really good conversations. He was really fast, the back massage was awesome and extremely Relaxing! James is very Fantastic at what he does… I’m just very pleased! Thank you James! I’ve gone to this salon several times but this will be my last. I arrived at about 11am and was told the wait would be very long and I can come back later. I came back at about 6pm and was given a bottle of water and told to pick out my colors. The man showed me a bottle of polish and asked if it was ok, briefly showing me the brush with the liquid polish. I said yes, but realized later he just picked a random version of whatever black with glitter polish he found. I didn’t realize until later that my pedicure was embarrassingly bad. I’m not sure what he was doing because it appeared as though he was being thorough & doing a good job. Not only was it smudged badly, but it didn’t look like he put a top coat over the color (even though I watched him do it), upon closer inspection I realized he didn’t seem to even attempt to cover my entire nail. it’s almost as if he just placed the color in the center of the nail and left the edges and cuticle bare. For my manicure- same problem. I had to ask him to do the edges and at the time I didn’t even realize he didn’t go to the cuticle. By 1 week this gel manicure is going to look very outgrown. For $78 for both services- they need to do better. I will not being going back. I can do a better job myself.

I came for a manicure/pedicure on a Saturday and I had an appointment at 10. I waited in a pedi chair for about 20 minutes before someone came over, which was fine, but today (Tuesday) all of my gel polish on my finger nails has peeled clean off. I don’t know what polish this is, but I have never had my polish come off this fast and for literally no reason. I paid $33 for this gel manicure before a tip and am not pleased. Most likely will not be coming back, sadly. One star given because the facility was clean and the staff were professional.

This establishment is incredible. They offer so much more than just nails. Its a true spa. Massage, pedis, mani, lashes, etc. The workers treat you like royalty. I have always left happy with their work and the way they have made me feel like an important and valued customer.
