I would not recommend this place at all. My mom and I went there today to ONLY trim her hair and get some highlights on her hair for the next day. We told the staff of that plan but did not listen at all. What they did was after they cut her hair, they gave us a treatment to make her hair healthy, which is NOT WHAT WE WANTED AT ALL. They should’ve just recommended her the treatment instead of doing it. Not only that, but they said they weren’t gonna change her hair color but did it anyway because of the treatment. They could’ve at least given us an option to do it or pick another color. Honestly, they should follow what the customers want, NOT what the staff wants. The place is expensive to go to as well. We will never come back there, and we’ll go to another salon instead that would listen to what the customers want, not for themselves.
