I have been coming here for about a year for a Brazilian wax and each experience has been great. Milly is one of the best estheticians I have ever had! She makes you feel at ease, comfortable, takes her time to ensure you have a thorough wax and tries to make it as painless as possible. She is very professional, provides great service; I highly recommend her for any waxing needs, you will not be disappointed.

Great place, i normally don’t wear lashes because they irritate my eyes and take my natural lashes out . But this nice lady who is the owner was quick , and products didn’t bother me and they looked so natural and lasted several weeks . I would definitely go back. She also did my brows which i love .

The customer service is very nice and down to earth here. They are accommodating and the owner is very personable! The shop is clean and the decor is pretty and neat. It even has the cutest little mascot who greets you at the door !

The three stars is mostly for Alise. She’s given me probably the best wax service I’ve ever had but outside of that the experience at this salon was subpar. I bought a three wax Groupon trying to find a new wax home so I gave it a few tries. When I go for any self care service I want a relaxing break in my day and you definitely won’t get that here. The salon has private rooms in the back yet they have Alise waxing in a curtain right at the front door. The owner brings her dog to work which is just unsanitary and has to be some sort of code violation for a salon. Another employee brings her baby to work and as a mom I get it but I also want to get away from kids for my self care not have them at the salon. The receptionist often don’t know what they’re doing. You can tell they send reminders texts on their own instead of using a service because they come at 11 at night or not at all. They will reschedule your appointment time without saying anything. Buying a Groupon and then having to pay a deposit makes NO sense and they oddly enough can’t figure out how to return it. There’s just so many things business and atmosphere wise that are pretty poor I didn’t even want to try other services. Sad to be losing Alise but I need a better overall experience.

Alise did my brazilian and she was super cool and made me feel relaxed. I told her that in my past experiences, my waxers weren’t thorough at all and left a lot of hair behind. She said she would get every hair and she did! Even went in with the tweezers to clean up. I had a great experience and I’ll be back! Brazilian waxing

I was very scared to get wax, but I heard about winx and wax from a friend. It was amazing! Alise is the young lady who serviced me and she was awesome. She took her time with me, made me feel very comfortable, and did a great service to me. Her area was clean, and relaxing, and it was also quick but taking her time to give me a vajacial, exfoliate, and get the ingrowns. I love it and will be returning!!
