Critical: QualityI went to this nail shop for the first time 11/13/21 to see how they were cause they were new. Over all the owner did my nails and she did a fairly decent job but come less than a week later 11/19/21 the nails were completely coming off and I ended up having to go somewhere else to get them completely redone. This nail shop is a shop that I will never go to anything. I went to this nail shop for the first time 11/13/21 to see how they were cause they were new. Over all the owner did my nails and she did a fairly decent job but come less than a week later 11/19/21 the nails were completely coming off and I ended up having to go somewhere else to get them completely redone. This nail shop is a shop that I will never go to anything. There service is good but the Quality of there work is not worth the money.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI checked in at 9:38. There were several ladies receiving pedicures when I got there. I was not told where to sit. Just directed to the back. The person who did my pedicure finished mine BEFORE the ladies that arrived before I got there. I told them my daughter would be getting her toes (regular) and nails (gel) polished, but no one ever came to service her. I finally finished and went to have my nails done. I have very long natural nails. I went in with an ombré and wanted to change to white dip powered. The tech seemed uncomfortable with my request, so I asked for a cut down and a refill. She stated that a refill would be $55! I thought this was absolutely absurd Bc I paid $55 to receive my initial ombré overlay. I told her to just do the dip powder. Upon trying to cut down my nails and reshape them to stiletto, my nail shape was horrible. It looked more round and old fashioned. My nails were cute when I walked it. Long stiletto ombré. I told her to change the shape to coffin because I could not take the shape! She began filing the life out of my nails. The dip process was horrible. I’ve been getting my nails dipped for about 5-6 years and I’ve never experienced this. Another tech came over to help and told me that she would have to dip my nails again. Then they filed them again. The original tech, after 2 hours told me to wash my hands and she clearly was not finished. I had tons of lumps and bumps and powder everywhere. The second lady came back and filed my nails again and put the top gel coat. I still have tons of hard powder everywhere. $120 for my service and my daughter (she’s 7!) and they asked for a tip. Never. Please note that the first photos were in the salon when the lady asked me to go wash my hands. The second was after in my car.
