Critical: ProfessionalismI have been growing my hair to donate to Wigs for Kids for 3 years and have started looking for a place to cut my hair to send off. When I called Winnie’s, I received a gruff greeting. I asked if they accommodated donation cuts, she snapped “Not right now” and hung up the phone. I was not looking for a free or discounted cut. I just wanted to make sure this was something they have or could handle. The response I received was unnecessarily disrespectful for any time, but even more so knowing that the call was regarding a charitable contribution.
