Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityScheduled an appointment, was told to be there at 8am. Woman came at 9 ish. Started to braid left again for an hour to get some kids. I started braiding the ends my own hair had an appointment at 3 pm, she came back and tried to take them down. Told her they were fine meanwhile she was braiding the back of my hair partially to the scalp when the are suppose to be box braid. She also uses to much hair while braiding. Another worker started making and eating a smoothie. The place is dirty and they charged me 220 for medium/large box braids that are lifted in the back of my head when i paid 200 the last time for smaller cleaner braids done by another woman. My hair was braided perfectly. This was 9-5-2015! I ask for a quote over the phone and they said 150 but when I got there to my appointment they just changed it to $200. My appointment was at 8 o’clock in the morning and they did not start till 10 o’clock in the morning and Sarah only took off $20 for the inconvenience. The lady that finally started on my hair was doing a great job but her partner did not show up until later and when she did show up she had food and began to eat it while I was sitting there two hours already into my appointment. As far as in braiding goes I think they do an absolutely perfect job but I think that was very inconsiderate.
