Critical: QualityThis was my first visit to Winn Nails in Prescott and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. Both my mom and my daughter have had great experiences at this salon but I did not! Not only did the guy doing my nails take CHUNKS of my skin off and leave me with cuts.. but he also left my nails looking lumpy and some not even fully polished. The skin around my nails is still tender and now my nails are trashed.. This was my first visit to Winn Nails in Prescott and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. Both my mom and my daughter have had great experiences at this salon but I did not! Not only did the guy doing my nails take CHUNKS of my skin off and leave me with cuts.. but he also left my nails looking lumpy and some not even fully polished. First pedicure at this salon. I have been getting pedicures for 30 years….this was the absolute worse ever! I know what a good pedicure is like! The man that started my pedicure did not speak a word of English. He clearly didn’t know how to give a quality pedicure. A woman took over half way through, not impressed with her either. I didn’t felt pampered at all. Anxious to see how well my nail polish holds up. Won’t go back!

Beautiful salon. They do nice work except if you’re just getting a basic manicure with no gel. Then you get attitude, cut and sloppy polish application. They use clean metal implements but dirty files and buffer. My girl didn’t want to remove a bit of polish from my thumb nail so she filed it off with a heavy grit nail file.(I had no other polish to remove) I guess I held her up from using her phone? Who knows!! ) She made a mess of that nail. I asked her to smooth it out which she half heartedly did. Positively….I will not return. They don’t want my$20 anyway.
