This was my first time getting my lashes done ever. My lash extension process was SO INCREDIBLY PAINFUL. they glued my eyes to the pad, i COULDNT OPEN MY EYES, my eyelashes were stuck together and had to be pulled apart. Some even had to be PULLED OFF and redone. I was assured that after that I was good to go. I follow the rules of the lash extensions (no shower for 48 hours, no face sleeping, cleaning them after the 48 hour period.) it’s been only a week and some of the lashes have fallen out, some of them are TWISTING DOWN, and to the side. It’s irritating my eyes so badly because of the lashes that twist down. I’ve contacted them twice now about this dilemma and you’d think they’d want to take care of me because of the nightmare my actual appointment was but i haven’t gotten a response back. I was hesitant about even writing this review because they were very nice to me AT my appointment but I am done being dodged about my issues. Any good business would want to make things right. Before she even says that like “I don’t have any record of your appointment” I never booked online, i called her directly and she told me to show up at 1pm Saturday. I have receipts and proof I was there.

This was my first time coming here and I got the hybrid lashes and my eyebrows done. I have to say that I absolutely love them. The owner was very informative she made me feel comfortable and she really knows her stuff, I mean smart as a whip, I was very impressed. I urge you to please not go to these others that have not been trained properly (then you end up mad lol) I will definitely be coming back no doubt about that.

I have been getting my lashes done by Winks owner for almost 2 years. Hands down the best place for quality, gorgeous and timely lashes and service. I had other lash techs take 3 hours and I had half the lashes I have when I leave winks. I still can’t believe the competitive pricing. I would absolutely pay more based on the time Im in and out. She has taught me about the health of my lashes and maintenance. Consistent and always has availability when I login to book for my crazy schedule. Thank you Winks. Yall the best

Carlina is truly the best in the 757!! Professional, accommodating and takes pride in her work, as she should! There was a small mix up with my appointment but she called me back ASAP and got me in just as quick. She was friendly and made sure my lashes were slayed! I’ve only had my lashes on for a couple hours and I’ve already received so many compliments and referred my girlfriends. They’re lightweight and absolutely flawless; well worth every penny!

I have been going to Lina since she was on Colley Ave. I have never had a run in with her and her business has always been clean and relaxing. The service is great she is always on time and I never have to wait to be serviced. My lashes last pass three weeks, the only thing I recommend is that she add a 4 week lash appointment since they last so long!!!!

Loooove this place. I’m only visiting and I needed my lashes done. She was professional, the equipment was sterilized, and she was on time. I don’t think people understand how hard it is to find someone who is on time. She said it would take an hour and 10 minutes and she was correct. Love it. If I come back to visit, I would definitely make another appt. I would probably drive from NY just to get them done. Thank you so much for finding the time to fit me in 🙂
