Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT GO HERE . Went to get my lashes done at the New Orleans location for my birthday originally had a very positive impression the lady was nice enough I showed her a picture of the lashes I wanted was not happy with the result at all but I paid anyways and left it alone. After a week,half of my set was completely gone (I’ve had lashes before so I knew how to take care of them )and since I was originally not satisfied with my lashes I called the place a week after my appointment and told them my concerns they offered me a half refund and said The check will have to be mailed to me instead of credited to the card. After a week I called them again they say they would get back to me. After 2 weeks I called them again they said they would get back to me .I’ve called them about a total of five to six times regarding my refund spoken to the same female at the Baton Rouge location every single time and was always told I was going to get a callback from a “manager” or get a refund. They completely disregarded me and blocked my number from calling them again. They’re rude it’s not worth the money go someplace else.DO NOT GO HERE .
