Positive: Quality, ValueI called and made an appointment for 1pm on October 28th, 2021 for myself to get a Full Set and for my daughter to have her toe nails painted. I showed up at 12:50 and was told it would be a few minutes. About 10 minutes called later they called me over and told me to have a seat and they’d be right with me. 1:34, my nails get started. I took my daughter during a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT in hopes they’d be able to work on her while I’m getting my nails done. I was wrong. They made my almost 3 year old sit there for 2 hours, waiting for me to finish. Meanwhile, they are sitting other ladies and starting on their nails. I had 2 people come in after me and get finished before my paint was even started..I was frustrated because my daughter was ready for her nails to be painted. After 2 hours, it was her turn and she sat in the chair and the gal painted her toe nails. My daughter asked if she could have her finger nails painted too and the gal told me that we’d have to wait because they had other customers to get too…..Uhm? I made an appointment at 1pm….Why do we have to wait longer now? Very unprofessional.However, my nails came out exactly as I asked. I called and made an appointment for 1pm on October 28th, 2021 for myself to get a Full Set and for my daughter to have her toe nails painted. I showed up at 12:50 and was told it would be a few minutes. About 10 minutes called later they called me over and told me to have a seat and they’d be right with me. 1:34, my nails get started.
