Heads Up!!!!!!Very unprofessionally Spa…. When you call doing business hours, they don’t answer. You have to call at least 3 times before you get a response and when you finally do it’s thru text these are not the type of people I want to give my money to nor do I want to get a massage from. Having the receptionist text you is distasteful and lazy especially when it’s your 1st encounter with them. I had a few questions that I would prefer to be answered from the receptionist over the phone, than threw text messages smh! Shame on you all. 1st impression is everything and this is not it.

Booked a couples massage for my bestie and myself for $120 per that came with aromatherapy and hot stones. I felt they discriminated because they forced us to pay before we received services like we couldn’t afford it but I tipped anyway. I literally only got 2 stones passed down my back 6 times then left at my spine. He never used my aromatherapy. Also he used me as a table. Like he would sit stuff on top of me as if i couldn’t feel it also I wasn’t asked about pressure and it seemed like he was trying to hurt me. He barley did any neck work.
