Very calm and relaxed atmosphere. The seating area is cozy and offers a refreshing lemon & cucumber water. Perfect place to unwind or recharge with a massage. I highly recommend the pedicure- perfect treat for tired feet. The pedicurist Nicolette is wonderful! My feet feel fresh and renewed! Love the array of nail polish colors.

Got my wife a gift card for her birthday. I’m kinda regretting it. Because I got her a massage pedicure and manicure. It was massage was great. how ever the manicure and pedicure was horrible. spa style. My wife tells me the girl carelessly did her pedicure and manicure was far from spa style. Just 2 days later the Polish is peeling off her nails both feet and hands. She was not massaged during the pedicure or manicure. Waste of money. If giveing someone a service they only get on special occasions and or just to relax you should do your best to do that. Now you just basically took my money.

I have followed this spa from different locations they have gone to. They are back on central road in Bloomsburg. They are very conveniently located right off of the lightstreet exit from rt 80. Which makes it super easy to get to. Parking is plentiful. Their services are amazing! As are the people working here. My only problem is trying to drive home afterwards. I am so relaxed, I just want to melt. I will be going here for as long as they are a business. Which I hope will be forever!

Critical: ProfessionalismWow. I cannot believe what just happened and the lack of professionalism of this spa, specially their front desk worker. I’ve called and set up appointments for my mom a few times, and unfortunately I had to cancel a massage in March due to the pandemic and for this week because my mom said she had a terrible experience there previously anyway. When I called to cancel, the woman (same woman who took the appointments for me – I recognize her voice and name) told me they don’t refund cancellations, even though both times the cancellation was more than 24 hours in advance. She also informed me that they never refunded me in February, and yet when I scheduled this latest appointment, she again asked for my CC information instead of telling me there was money in my mom’s account for the same service. My big issue? NONE of this is on their website or was communicated to me – which feels insanely antiquated and unprofessional. The front desk woman said she had to ask the owner to see if they could refund me, called me back, then went on charge me another $124 while she told me how flustered she was due to my rudeness. Excuse me – but when you charge a customer $124 and hold their money without telling them, making up policies and inconveniencing them – what kind of reaction do you expect? Now I have to wait and see if $248 actually comes back onto my account…I am just blown away. As a small business owner and former beauty studio owner, I would never treat customers this way. My advice to the business owner – get clear on your policies, communicate them effectively, and hire staff that doesn’t attack their customers on the phone. I’ve dealt with plenty of frustrated customers and the one thing you DON’T do is tell customers how upset you are by their frustration – instead, YOU HELP THEM and call it a day. I would never in a million years ever recommend this place and truly hope, for their sake, they can get with the times and learn how to deal with issues without attacking customers.Wow. I’ve had a wide array of services at this spa and have never been disappointed! The ambiance is very relaxing, the staff is friendly, and they can cater to a variety of needs and preferences. For example, I have very sensitive skin and allergies to numerous beauty products. I can tolerate their line of facial products, though! If you want to book multiple services in one visit, consider one of their packages, but book well in advance! I enjoy trying new things and their seasonal treatments. This is one of my favorite places to treat myself.

I quit to further my career. I did everything right. I put my 2 weeks in very professionally and they ran me out of the building screaming at me. I couldn’t believe the people that I thought cared and were my friend could be that unprofessional and cruel to me just because I had to do what’s right for me and my family.That being said though the service there is impeccable, Hayley Angela, Alexa and Diane were amazing to work with and still are amazing.
