Mother nature has a funny way of challenging us as we age. She takes hair from somewhere you want & puts it somewhere you don’t want. I don’t have any suggestions for the former (fortunately it’s not an issue) but this place is the best for addressing the latter. Paula is always pleasant & Carol whom takes wonderful care of me is truly the best. Super sweet personality, dependable & extremely competent. Very clean environment & quality equipment. Highly recommend.

I’d gone to Dermatology Associates 10ish years ago and was reasonably happy with the results, but they didn’t last and I found the vibe somewhat intimidating. The first summer of the pandemic, I thought about looking elsewhere to book another appointment, but I kept putting it off. After mulling it over for almost a year, I finally scheduled an appointment at this place in April, and I’ve been kicking myself ever since for waiting so long.Paula is incredibly responsive about booking appointments that work around my schedule, and she’s always professional and personable. The results have also been much better than I expected and the pricing is equal to or less than what I remember paying 10 years ago. Even though Winchester is a bit out of the way for me, it’s been totally worth it because of Paula’s skill level and chill demeanor–I really wish I’d gone here years ago (not having to shave my legs this summer has been amazing!).This place is fantastic. The first summer of the pandemic, I thought about looking elsewhere to book another appointment, but I kept putting it off. I am not fond of the Mass General dermatology offices. This was a great choice. They are super knowledgeable, personable and punctual! I am a dark skinned woman and wanted to ensure that I found a place experienced with laser hair removal for darker skin and that also had the option for electrolysis so I could figure out what worked best for me. She is always very welcoming, accomodating to my hectic work schedule and makes me feel very comfortable. Anytime I have had questions or concerns she has been completely responsive, even after hours.
