I had a wonderful experience. The entire staff was friendly, they knew their regulars and were very warm to everyone. Im beyond happy with my nails, I’m sensitive with pedicures and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I asked for some funky nail art for my manicure and they hit the nail on the head. This was the worst mani/pedi I’ve had in 10 years. I had an appointment scheduled and it was so rushed he had my hands and feet “done” and under the nail dryer in 39 minutes. My cuticles were ripped up and my nails filed in different shapes. The technician don’t have me wash my hands and painted over it so all of the nail dust/debris from filing was junked up in my nail beds and under the polish. He was upset when I showed him and told me to go wash my hands and he’d re-do it. All he did was re-paint. I didn’t pay $48 to have someone screw my nails up, I could have done that myself.

Christy always does a fantastic job on my nails, which I have done in a particular way on one hand for my guitar playing. I’ve gone other places that have ruined my nails, but she listens and does it exactly as I request. I have had some wonderful pedicures here too. The shop is clean and relaxing, and the prices are very fair. They are always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Have been coming here when I’m in town but this last time was disappointing. Was rushed and the nails were not correctly painted. In addition- this is the third time that I’ve bled from a cut of the cuticles. Wishing they would go back to their old business model and take their time with each customer. Don’t like feeling like I’m in a cattle call while I’m trying to relax.
