Showed up late and was still able to be seen! Rebecca is always professional, thorough and friendly. Feels more like a visit with a friend than a doctor’s appointment.

I had a wonderful experience. I was taken back promptly. The whole procedure was explained step by step. The doctor and nurse both checked to make sure I was OK and I understand everything to do afterwards. Would highly recommend!

My visit was to treat a venous lake on my lip. I was told by Rebecca Maphis they did not have the equipment in their office, so she said was unable to do anything. I was referred to another office who did not have the equipment either. Turns out on my visit they did have the laser there. I paid my co-pay for a 5 minute useless visit without a skin check or anything else. I already knew what my diagnosis was from another dermatologist, who did try to treat it but came back, so I thought I would try somewhere different. I called, hoping they would correct it, but was told I would have to pay another co-pay visit. This seems wrong and like a scam to me. WHD did not take care of the issues, just take your money and be lied to. A professional would have corrected this issue no matter what.

I was seen in a timely manner. Rebecca Maphis spent time with me asking questions and addressing my concerns. I never felt like my appointment was being rushed.

I love the new office! I was being seen by Dermatology because of 3 very suspicious lesions I found on my back. They were not there 6 months ago and finding them really freaked me out. I saw one of the very qualified PA’s who examined the lesions and assured me they were benign. He began to explain the next steps I could take when I blurted out, “can you remove them? They’re ugly and I want them gone!” We both laughed, he explained how the removal would feel and what to expect over the nexts 2-3 weeks, and then proceeded to freeze the lesions. The entire visit lasted approximately 15 minutes, including the 2 minutes I was in the waiting area.

The weirdest thing. She did a biopsy of my forehead. She tried to get the sample into the sample container. It stuck to the rim. Then she tried to poke into the container with her finger. I looked away and she left. After I got my clothes back on, I looked at the sample container and it was empty. It must have stuck to her glove. I wonder if I’ll get charged for a biopsy. The quality of the people who work here just isn’t isn’t what I expect when I go for health care.
