Taty was so professional, informative, and sweet! I was nervous for my first Brazilian wax and she totally calmed my nerves. The pain also isn’t too bad and she warns you before she pulls the wax off and waits for the area to calm down before ripping off the next section. I can’t wait to come back for my next wax. Being the scary cat that I am I was terrified my first time going to Tati and not knowing what to expect. She was nothing short to amazing. She was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable all the way through. I would never get a wax done if it isn’t Tati doing it. She comes highly recommened

I purchased a Groupon last month to come here and was advised per Wilma I cannot use it because I used one before. I would understand that if that is how the company policy was advertised but per Groupon it shows it can be repurchased every 180 days… When I mentioned this, Wilma advised me they only get paid half of what is paid to Groupon so they stopped doing it. I get that it may be a loss but I am not the one who is advertising the service as such. I am pretty disappointed because I actually did not even remember coming here until she said this to me… I looked in my records after the call and realized I had purchased the first and only visit back in 2017…… Idk I just felt this could have been better rectified because as of this time I am unable to get an actual refund from Groupon. & Their regular prices are good but I think I will have to pass with this…
