I went here twice. The lady is not the greatest at fades but is decent barber other than that. The shop is pretty dirty also with very little upkeep. But, My main issue stems from her awkwardly offensive questions during conversations. I found her to be passively aggressive and belittling on almost any subject that comes up. I made a point to write this small review because she embarrassed me on both visits with unfiltered comments infront other customers. One in regards to how I walk because I’m handicapped & the second visit made snide remarks about my career. Both these times she did it in a joking and passive manner that makes it hard to get upset with her at the time but than you look back and you realize how offensive it really was.

Willie’s Barber & Salon is ran by Julie. Willie’s is gone and Julie is in. What I can tell you about it is that I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a cut or trim. I live in Springfield where we have several salon and gladly drive to Cottage Grove to have my hair done. I wouldn’t trust anyone but Julie.
