I called 6 days ago wanting to book a hair appointment and I was told to text a number what I wanted so I did, a few days went by no response back so I called again, nobody answered (it was Monday and their website said they were open). I left my name and number but it’s been 3 days since and no call back. I don’t know what the quality of the place is never even got to book and appointments so I’m giving 1 star because of poor customer service.
