I needed help with my highlights which were in bad shape. I was referred by the owner to Katie. She was very nice, but she did not fix my issues. Two months after my appointment my highlights look worse than ever. AND, be warned about how EXPENSIVE this salon is. I have had my highlights done at Jose Eber in Dallas and by the “blonde guru” in Las Vegas and I didn’t spend this much. When I questioned the amount, I was told they charge in 15 minute increments. They told me this AFTER the appointment, not before! I mean, really?

My mom came here to see the “color specialist” and waited 45 min while the “color specialist was trying to figure out a price for her color/highlights, for them to never come back…unprofessional and is the “color specialist” even a color specialist if she has to consult another individual??
