Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a very basic massage with an emphasis on relaxation. Can be done in light to medium-deep pressure ranges. It targets blood flow, and increased circulation while stimulating the body to relax. . All our therapists can preform this type of massage; however, the styles can vary.
Deep tisue Massage
We think of deep tissue as a generic massage that has a deep pressure to all the strokes. This type of massage is best for people who are always on the go, stand on their feet all day, or have very active jobs. While many therapists can do deep tissue massages there are many different styles.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.
Cranial Sacrial Therapy
Gentle pressure is used at specific spots on the cranium to stimulate the brain to balance. Cranial Sacral Therapy effects the ventricles in the brain and can help with things up to but not limited to; Headaches, insomnia, Seasonal Affective Disorder, Anxiety, Stress, TMJ issues, Sinus problems.
Trigger Point and Injury Massage
Trigger point is a deeper therapy that focuses on specific parts of tight muscles. It is a slower, deeper modality. The therapist will occasionally hold on spot without moving for a short period of time. Good for active pain and limited range of motion.
Cupping
Cupping is a practice used in traditional medicine around the world. Involves suction on the skin using silicone or plastic cups. Good for pain and inflammation reduction, sedation of the nervous system, increased circulation and softening of adhesions and connective tissue.

Couples Massage is a great way to spend time with those close to you. Not just for couples, great for best friends, siblings, parents and their children too.
Sports Massage
Sports Massage is a type of massage technique that focuses on treating soft tissue aches, pain, and injuries that are associated with recreational activities. Massage can reduce muscle stiffness and improve relaxation by reducing heart rate and blood pressure
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone therapy is a treatment that incorporates the use of warm basalt stones with therapeutic massage. The warm stones are placed on specific areas of the body and in the application of massage techniques. The direct heat of the stones promotes a deep relaxation effect.
