This was my first time at Willow Salon and Spa and I’m very, very happy with my haircut. I needed something low maintenance as I’m approaching nine months of pregnancy. Karena was my stylist and knew exactly what I wanted from just one photo I shared with her. She was friendly and accommodating. She’s so skilled! The space was also clean and the vibe was calm. Highly recommend.

Dorrie is a great hair stylist and colorist. She really listens to what you want and then delivers. She is also super nice and pleasant to talk to. The shop is adorable. I love the area as well because it’s close to the water and there are a lot of good restaurants and stores to visit. I would recommend this spot for sure. But not to too many people or it might be hard to book an appointment.

I have been coming to this salon for the past 2.5 years for my hair services, spending around $280 each time. I had been an old client of Shilan’s at her previous salon. Throughout this period, there was 1 time over a year ago when I was 15 minutes late due to traffic and received a lot of negative comments from Shilan then. It was my fault that I gave her another chance. I have been there a few times since then never once being late. And now on my last appointment with Shilan (on 9/15/22) when I was texted her that I am running a few minutes late, thinking I will get a partial service and still pay the full price, I got the response from her that she is there on time for me, this has happened many times before, she has to cancel the appointment now and can no longer have me as a client. Not just that she added that I am sending a $35 cancellation fee which will be billed to my credit card. She even cancelled a future appointment I had booked for my sister several weeks ago leaving me to scramble to find a new stylist for her in the 3 days she was visiting. I am still in shock and can never forget how she made me feel that day. After being a regular client for all this time, this is the treatment I received.

Had a great time (7 hours) with Trena. She made my hair dream come true. She was a great time to chat with I loved her energy. My hair looks fabulous and will still be somewhat low maintenance (mom of 3 here). I can’t explain how thankful I am that she stayed until past 10pm getting me right. I will 10000% be sticking with her as my new stylist. She’s so cute she even tried to teach me how I should curl my hair when we were all done lol! 10/10

Yesterday was my first salon experience and my service was a balayage! For starters, the salon was very clean and they were following all the regulations due to covid, it was also still very homey and a beautiful set up.

This salon is so cute! Kiah is THE best! She’s been doing my Brazilians for a few years now and I truly love it.
