Overall fairly disappointing. I asked for and booked for all over color with some kind of high lights or low lights for “dimension”… even sent pics of my beat hair in advance. the stylist opted for all over color, assured me it would fade (yes… I was aware) and the lighter portions of my hair would eventually add dimension. Maybe she’s right and in 4 weeks it will look dope. She’s the professional. So no foils, no low lights, just all over color and a trim up for $400 including products and tip. 30 min total. But my hair is super dry and beat after 2 years of washing covid out of it every night, maybe that’s all she could do under these conditions. Still felt overpriced. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless they are busy and want it quick and uncomplicated and pricey. Cute salon too

I literally hugged Emily after my hair was done, that’s how happy I was. For many years I thought my hair pulled brassy no matter what was used. Turns out I just didn’t have someone as skilled as her doing my coloring. I cannot recommend Willow Salon enough! Hair highlighting

I scheduled an appointment for a color service and haircut online via their website. The day of my appointment the stylist texted me and asked if I could come in at an earlier time than I scheduled. I was unable to due to work hours. The stylist explained that she needed to attend a training in the salon that day, I apologized for being unable to accommodate her last minute request.

Extremely mediocre for the price. Rushed job, layers weren’t blended and hair felt like straw, especially my ends. Used one styling product with maybe 5 sprays. Basically paid $60 for a glorified blow out. Also not sanitary, stylist next to me dropped a brush on the floor and still used it on their client. Quite cold, never tried to make conversation. A GUTZ’s review said it well: The salon is beautiful but they made me feel rushed and uncomfortable with the technique.

Logan was very accommodating to my schedule which I definitely appreciated. The salon was cute and parking was convenient. I had high hopes that my hair would look like the clients they’ve posted on their social media, but unfortunately my hair hair looks nothing like that. My balayage turned out splotchy, dull, inconsistent (but not in a “lived-in” way) and I have way more blonde on one side compared to the other side. My hair that frames my face is now white, which aged me 10 years. I cant even wear my hair back any more because it looks so obviously unnatural, like my roots grew out for 6 months without maintenance. I tried to politely express my concerns at my appointment, but she immediately got defensive, so I guess I offended her. I wanted to love this place, but unfortunately I can’t recommend the coloring services.

I have been going to Emily B. for my hair for the past 4 years! I’ve stuck with her through 3 different salons because she is the BEST at what she does! I have never once been disappointed with my hair after walking out of her salon! Every time I go to her with what I want done, she is able to do exact what I envision! Additionally, every other stylists that works at Willow is equally as amazing! I am always excited to walk in and super impressed and ready to show off my new hair when I walk out! Willow is the best salon in Tucson!

Terrible service over charged me and kept telling me she couldn’t do what i wanted the people at this salon are very inexperienced and barley even know how to give a hair cut I went in for a root touch up and a partial highlight because my roots were coming through she didn’t talk to me about the price before she started the service. I could’ve done my hair better and home compared to what I walked out with. She didn’t do anything to my roots they we’re still dark and I was very upset back how my hair looked and then after they kept telling me all these things they didn’t know how to do including most haircuts and bang trim they proceeded to charge me 350 for the worst service I have ever had. If you wanna get what you pay for I would not go to this salon. The people in this salon do not know what they are doing and clearly don’t have enough experience to work in a salon. I will never be coming back here. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy that’s how bad of a job they did! I would definitely give it -5 stars if I could. I know that they have done this before too after reading the other reviews. Let’s just say I am very very very unhappy with the service. They are lucky they are even getting one star if I could go lower I would!!
