I have been going to Willow & Sage Salon for about a year. The first thing I noticed about Jordan is how interested she was to know what I wanted to accomplish with my hair. She listens well and at each appointment, asks how things are going with my color and cut and if I would like any changes. My hair is in much better condition than it was when I first started going there. She suggested a different hair color which I just love. Through discussion, we have also changed my hair style which I am also very happy with. Jordan is very professional. My 23 year old daughter has since started getting services from Jordan and is very pleased. Excellent service.

Jordan is an incredibly sweet person! She was great with conversation and quite polite. However, she wasn’t great for my haircut. I wanted a very specific haircut, and compiled several different reference images. When I showed her them, she dismissed them quickly and started cutting. I assumed that maybe she was just experienced with this certain cut, but she cut it nothing like my reference image. She told me that I could message her if I wanted her to fix it up. After a few days, I sent her a message asking if I could get my hair a bit more like the reference photo, but she didn’t respond. I figured she was busy, and called occasionally over the course of the next few days. She didn’t pick up, whether I called her during work hours or out-of-work hours. I ended up cutting my hair at home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my pixie cut. A pleasant woman, but DO NOT go to her if you want a unique haircut that isn’t the typical long layered hair.
