This place ROCKS. They are so kind and fun. This place was horrible. Would give a zero but cannot. I come in at my appt time and they have me sit for quite a while. A woman comes in AFTER me and starts doing her nails. 20 mins after she calls me and starts to file my nails and prepping . She began applying a curved tip, and I politely inquired if she had any straight tips, to which she responded that she had, but it was not what I was looking for. No I wasn’t trying to be picky but I was not going to pay for nails I didn’t like. Then she starts screaming at me and then talking to her coworkers in her language and continued to scream at me and then her coworker did as well. Took the nail off and was telling my thank you bye over and over and then shooing me away. And then kinda screaming at me and her coworkers. The place was also insanitary and was not neat . This is just one story out of the few. Not recomendable. Save ur money and go somewhere else.

They are great here at Willow Nail Salon. My caretaker and I go to have a pedicure every 2 to 3 months. They are very clean people that work there.

I live near the nail salon and they always do a great manicure. I have gone to other nail salon’s but I always end up coming back to this one because they do such a wonderful job. The customer service is magnificent and I have gone to them at least 12 times!

Every time I book an appointment, either I would have to wait a couple of more minutes OR they just didn’t have time.. (mind you, they weren’t as busy). Imo wouldn’t recommend.
