It has been a challenge to find a new salon as a transplant to Eugene. I wish I had found Casey at Willow Salon earlier! I can’t recommend her enough. The location has a quaint and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. Helen, the owner, personally called me to verify my current hair concerns, color, condition and what I was hoping to achieve in my visit. She was warm and extremely easy to chat with, making me feel supported and safe in this salons’ hands!

I absolutely love Willow Hair! I’ve been seeing Casey for three years now and I’m always so impressed with how well she listens to I want and delivers great results! She recently started coloring my hair and I’m absolutely in love! My color is subtle but there’s so much depth and richness that I look and feel 10 years younger. I went to willow hair and got an amazing haircut by one of their stylist and couldn’t be any happier! While I was there, they shared with me many helpful products to help tame my hair and really give me the everyday look I’ve been looking for. While checking out they pointed me to some of the products they used on my hair and some of the other stylist around also recommended the products I ended up purchasing which are amazing!! Overall my experience with willow hair has been outstanding. They have an incredible staff who are always helpful and truly care about what benefits you as the customer. When I came into the salon the hair dresser asked me what I wanted then went to the back to prep the stuff where they loudly discriminated against me as a female and the whole salon heard. Then she proceeded to give me a corneal abrasion with a foil and aggressively do my hair to the point that a good chunk was ripped out and now my hair looks frizzy at the roots no matter what I do. I 10/10 do not recommend. I have a lot of experience in salons but I have to say this was the worst one. Anyways best for luck, I hope you have a better experience!

It’s been four visits now with Shelli for my haircut and in short, she is thee best. I’ve gone to many different places and she just has this rare and natural talent. The environment is good / staff is friendly. I had a previous stylist in SoCal where I lived who was my favorite. I thought no one could be better than her and was decently sad about losing her. I had cut my own hair to give it a try (why not) but clearly did not know what I was doing. Anyhow, I went to different stylists to correct my mess and Shelli was the only person who made it. Each time I walk out very impressed and refreshed. I absolutely love her and now call her my stylist!
