Critical: QualityWorst experience ever. I went in with VIRGIN brown hair, looking to get a balayage done ( nothing to light just some lighter brown tones). I came in for a consultation, showed the stylist what I was looking for. She assured me it could be accomplished. Went back for my appointment, was extremely anxious the entire time being that i had never dyed my hair before. After our appointment the stylist told me not to wash my hair for at least 3 days but a week would be better. Being in the middle of a pandemic I wasn’t going anywhere and was able to wait the full week to wash my hair. Upon my surprise the day I washed it the outcome was horrifying I was in tears. I then reached out the salon, didnt hear back had to reach out again finally for them to tell me to come back in to see what happened. I told them I didnt want my hair touched anymore and the manager and stylist then pressured me into allowing them to try and fix it, just for me to leave with it looking the exact same. I have now reached out to them multiple times and have not heard a word in response. I have been disputing the charge on my card for 5 months now, and still have not heard a word from them. Here are the photos of the outcome and what I had showed the stylist. Unfortunately I have many more photos, some worse. I have been scarred from my experience at this salon, and for the price they charged me I am absolutely at a loss for words. I had been saving to get this done and now can not afford to have it fixed at another salon.In response to the owners response, I actually did reach out multiple times over the last 6 months, filed multiple complaints in a variety of setting hoping one of those ways would get you to response to me finally however I never heard a word. I let you know if I did not hear back I would be forced to make the public aware of the situation. I was in fact pressured into allowing them to try an do my to my hair which in fact did nothing at all other then further the damage. And yes the pictures I have posted are exactly 1 week after my appointment and the different layers of my hair that appear to be absolutely horrendous.
