Located near downtown Sylvania, our beautiful space can become your oasis for all your beauty and relaxation needs. Some of our services include haircutting and coloring, Brazilian Blowouts, box braids, manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails, gel manicures, dipping powder, yoga, massage, facials, body waxing, eyelash enhancements, microdermabrasion and more! Our salon is owned by three women who have been in the industry a long time! Each team member works together to provide the best experience for guests. I have been going to Mary Ann for years and she does an excellent job with hair. The spa is also excellent, and I go there for various services and the employees are always extremely professional, and excellent at what they do. I have stopped getting my hair done however due to the price. By the time I leave there after getting my hair done, which consists of a cut and partial highlighting, a pedicure and a facial, it costs at least $400-450. I get that they are very good at what they do, but that is crazy. I also do not like that they do not post the cost of products, so when you go to check out you get a huge surprise. It would seem that each time I went, a new product was being introduced. I would end up just purchasing my products from Amazon because they were so much cheaper.

After a few years of taking care of my toes myself, I decided it was high time I treated myself to a pedicure. I saw an Instagram post sharing the December specials and booked it immediately. I am so glad I did! The gel pedicure is life changing! No more freezing toes, no more waiting to dry! I could go directly about the rest of my day without worrying about screwing up my polish. I had never gotten my hair done before. I had told Cassie I wanted SUPER natural highlights. Super subtle. Like most people my age. I’m 20. This is what she gave me. I was absolutely mortified. Nobody my age gets highlights like that anymore. I went back and they darkened up the super chunky ugly blond highlights but not enough. I had to go to a new place (wildflower salon) and get it fixed there. Willow Creek was VERY nice when I went back and very professional. I just don’t understand how I got what I got. Definitely a place for older people to get their hair done.

Very unprofessional. I made an appointment with Chelsea. I told her from the start that my availability was Friday, Saturday, Sunday. I had to reschedule once due to someone calling off at work. I did give her 24 hrs notice. She rescheduled me for almost a month out. She canceled that appointment the day before. She rescheduled me again. She canceled that appointment the day before saying she doesn’t have enough time to see me because she moved to a new salon and she’s just too tight on hours and if I can only do Fridays and Saturdays maybe I should find somebody else. Seriously!!?? You were telling me to go to the same salon since the first day I contacted you. I’m going to assume you know what their hours are especially since you did my cousin’s hair back in May and you were at the same place. You’re rude, a liar, inconsiderate and unprofessional. You wasted my time and trust in you. You’re a disgrace to the profession.
