My wife and daughter just came home from getting their lashes done. My wife was in tears. They made appointments just for lash fills, because some of their extensions were falling out. While in the chair getting lashes done, they were not told, at all, that they would be charged for full sets, until they were done and expected to pay. #1, they were expecting just a fill, which is $100 cheaper per person. #2, my wife hates her lashes, because they are way shorter than the ones she always gets. Of course, my wife is not going to say anything to the salon, she’s too nice for that. But me, I become an a**hole, when it comes to my wife feeling taken advantage of. If she had been told she needed a full set, she would have just paid to have them removed and scheduled another appointment to have a full set later, when she and my daughter had more funds set aside.

I had Anna do a 1 year touch up on my eyebrow microblading that I had done elsewhere and wasn’t satisfied with. Anna had a MUCH more effective technique for administering the numbing gel and it was so much more comfortable, plus she was able to mask the mistakes that had been made before. I couldn’t be happier and wish I had found her sooner. (Also, the place itself is beautiful!)Best experience ever! Best experience ever! I had Anna do a 1 year touch up on my eyebrow microblading that I had done elsewhere and wasn’t satisfied with. Anna had a MUCH more effective technique for administering the numbing gel and it was so much more comfortable, plus she was able to mask the mistakes that had been made before.
