I don’t really like to complain about anybody and I feel like my motto is to treat people how you want to be treated I had my hair done there twice on my 3rd visit I’ve got a bowl on top of my head of super blonde looks like I went swimmers hair and ask to have it fixed .After I had to call twice to get it fixed. Received a call back to get a toner on upon my appointment time owner called to see what the problem was apparently she wasn’t on my side then called me back after talking to Kristen To let me know after they fix it moving forward she was not a good fit . Whatever happened to good old fashioned customer service which at that point my feelings were hurt and I felt very uncomfortable going in to have my hair fixed so I chose to go to a different salon but I did ask for refund beings I was unhappy with my hair color. If it was me I would have said no problem come on and we’ll fix your hair in will try to do our best to make you happy. And they seriously need to get a reception is that doesn’t whisper behind people’s back or mock people after she hangs up the phone with them if they choose not to get a service there. And when people call to discuss a problem with their hair color not to brush them off where they have to call back more than once very unprofessional

Unfortunately, I was not happy with the results of my hair color. IT IS NOT as other Aveda salons. They won’t refund for products you are not satisfy with, they only give you credit back. Unlike the other stores you get a 100 % satisfaction not here….
