Brianna performed my service – she confirmed my inspo pictures provided were something she could do – she asked a few of the other stylist for advice – the bleach placement was great (bleaches out part of my eyebrow) – she toned it and mentioned to me that my hair was a little green and to wash it a few times to ‘wash it out’ – that was Tuesday August 16th and I still have green hair – I spoke with the manager CHELSEA today and she explained that all they do it offer to correct my hair by having me serviced by a higher leveled stylist – mind you I came to this salon to get another salons work correct (picture provided of my before) – as a customer when I get bad service or NOT what I asked for why in the WORLD would I return – I asked for my money back and CHELSEA said we DO NOT give refunds and proceeded to hang up on me before giving me her name

I have been getting my hair professionally done for many many years, but not always do I find myself trusting my stylist. The moment I met Brandy, I felt connected to her and was so excited. For the first time, I gave someone permission to do my hair the way THEY wanted to and I did NOT regret it. She’s amazing. Highly recommend. If you’re looking for a new stylist, schedule with Brandy! Best haircut of my life! She understood what I wanted and took the time to really make sure my hair would look how I wanted it to when I left. Previous haircuts just cut my hair off, leaving it short and flat. She cut my hair with skill and knowledge so that days later I am still amazed at the volume and curl she was able to coax out of my wavy hair. Amazing and worth the price without a doubt. I went to Willo for the first time and I had an amazing experience. The people at the front desk are warm and welcoming. They have a refreshment table with coffee to sip on while the stylist works on your hair. And my stylist, Brande, did an incredible job with coloring my hair! She listened to what I wanted, which was to go full blonde, and she did it perfectly! I’ll definitely be coming back here!

I have used this salon several times for cuts and blow outs. With mixed results. The last time was a special treat for my daughter who’s growing her hair out. My thinking was get a really good cut to help the grow out process. It was a disaster start to finish with scheduling problems and last minute time changes. Then the stylist rushed through the shampoo, the cut and the blow dry. Not much conversation or suggestions from the stylist on how to grow out the hair gracefully. Her hair looked absolutely atrocious. I can’t believe they would let a customer walk out of their salon that way. There were tears on the way home and requests to stop at Supercuts after a fast $80 (maybe more) Haircut.

I liked my stylist but it’s super expensive. I was charged $95 for a haircut and then $145 for color. I bought some products and when they calculated the tip, they figured the tip off the service and products. Total bill $460 out the door. Too rich for my blood. Not going back.

The beauticians were supposed to give hand massages and hit towels on your eyes. I recieved this treatment a couple times. Then they never completely covered my roots. I was willing to pay the extra for the special treatment but when I repeatedly didn’t get these fringe benefits I quit going. It’s not worth the money. I love the location

Absolutely atrocious place. DO NOT get your haircut here if you’re a guy. I asked for a 1.5 fade on my sides and when I called to complain apparently she’s never been trained on how to use clippers. How are you saying you can cut mens hair or work at a high salon and don’t know how to use clippers? Absolutely F’d up my hair. Save your time and money because I paid $50 for nothing.
