The person that did my service was wonderful, very pleasant, I was very nervous. While injecting the chemicals into my forehead the needle broke loose from the syringe and the solution ran all down my face and eye. We both panicked. She immediately contacted other estheticians and they have had similar issues with these syringes and everything should be ok but watch the eye closely I was told. We flushed the eye with lots of water. It’s day three and my eye is just very dry feeling. I feel I should been given at least half off if not more of my service not just $50. Just my opinion. And if this is a new syringe they are using and it’s a known issue they should change them.
