They were so kind and friendly! The pedicure was sublime. We visited from out-of-town for vacation and it was easy to schedule and they were waiting for us when we arrived. It was my little niece’s first visit to a nail salon and she LOVED it. The ladies also gave some great recommendations for local places to eat and they were all worth visiting again. Thank you!

Absolutely fabulous family owned business! Cindy, her sisters, and her mom (and her dad watching the grandkids and pups) were so welcoming to my mom, my daughter, and me. My fiancé and I visited Williamsburg and decided to have pedicures done (I also got a manicure). The Salon was excellent!! Nannette, my tech, was very pleasant. The leg message was relaxing, our nails were nicely trimmed, and my nails were beautifully polished. I will definitely be returning every time I visit Williamsburg as well as Virginia Beach. Small, family owned business that doesn’t treat you like a number. I’ve had pedicures done here, and recently had eyebrow and lip area waxing done. I’ve gone to other places that don’t treat you well when they find out you’re getting waxing because it doesn’t make them a lot of money. This place isn’t like that. The staff is friendly and professional. Appointment is needed, but worth it. Even though I could walk less than 5 minutes away to another salon, I would rather go here where I am treated better. 😀

I went to this establishment to get my nails done and I had to wait an hour after my actual appointment time. After a waiting so long, they agreed to do my daughter’s nails too and this is where the problem came in. My daughter is 9 and I had to pay $65 for her nails. However, that wasn’t the issue, she lost a nail the next days and others the following days. I finally decided to call on day 6 which so had lost 7 nails before one week. I called and they told me to bring her back. When we got back we had to wait again and when it was time they discussed and decided they would have to charge me because my daughter told them she bit one of the nails because it broke and the edge was sharp. To charge for the one she bit is one thing but to think I would pay for a new set after 7 days is obsurd. Not to mention their were children crying loudly, dogs barking and fighting, and one even peed on the plant near the sink. To spend $156 on services one week prior, this is not the service I expected and it was extremely unprofessional. You have lost a potential long term client. I will not be back.
