The facials and the wash experience are both lovely experiences. Cuts and color by the 4 stylists I’ve experienced are very good. I would just note that the keratin treatments are not consistent and the after keratin application steps of flat ironing twice were not followed. I was told to do the second flat iron myself at home. But overall experience with the ladies was amazing. I moved away but look forward to visiting again.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuei received a lash service with lauryn from this location on 6/30/21. i asked for a full volume set and was promised results that would be to our mutual liking! my previous lash history was taken into account since i have had previous lashes before and lauryn promised it would be no problem. what i received was mediocre at best, with only a few sparse lashes placed. (see pictures below) it was never disclosed to me that there was a “no refund” policy in place. whenever i called back to see what my options were i was told that i ripped my natural lashes off (which is not true) and there was nothing she could do about it and stated i did not give her much to work from, and on top of that text messages that basically kept stating “no refund.” the staff here is seriously lacking basic salon skills and professionalism. if she would have told me i wasn’t a good candidate for a volume set up front, instead of trying to perform a service she simply she could not do due to her lack of training i would have completely understood and took my business elsewhere. instead, she lied, and went on with the service anyways. she gave me the worst service i’ve ever received! i do not recommend any services done here at this salon, especially lashes unless you want to look completely wrecked. save your heartache, embarrassment and money and take your business to a salon that actually cares about your request and the quality of work they put out! william mason only cares about the money and NOT how you look!i received a lash service with lauryn from this location on 6/30/21. i asked for a full volume set and was promised results that would be to our mutual liking! my previous lash history was taken into account since i have had previous lashes …More

Hair stylist cut my hair super choppy and uneven. Of course she styled it in a way I wouldn’t notice, but as soon as I got home and straightened my hair I realized just how bad the haircut was. Tried calling multiple times to see if I could come in and have it fixed, but no answer. Haircut

Mary Catherine is a wonderful colorist and stylist! She’s done highlights and cut on my long hair for a few years, but today I needed to see her to cut my hair very short in preparation for chemo-hair loss. She was awesome at her job (as usual – got an adorable bob) and sympathetic and just completely wonderful. When I have hair again, I’ll be back to see her; and until then, I’ll recommend her to everyone that will listen.

This was my first time in this salon. Everyone was helpful and friendly. My stylist is Alesha. She’s so good, I followed her from her previous salon. Nobody can do my hair like she does. I would follow her to Alaska if I had to. Yes……. she’s that good!

The 2nd experience was a haircut that ended with my best friend cutting my hair when I got home, to get closer to the inspiration pic than the hair stylist could. Last straw. I purchased an Aveda product, at their recommendation, & completely hate it. I’ve used the product 2 times & called to see if I could return it for another product. I was told that wasn’t possible. I’m sure there are other salons that want my business & money. I have had multiple bad experiences with William Mason & have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by making contact. The first occasion was an experience with hair color. The 2nd experience was a haircut that ended with my best friend cutting my hair when I got home, to get closer to the inspiration pic than the hair stylist could. Last straw. My friend tried to book in July and they had no staff to render the service they had quit or were on medical leave with no return date and they no longer serve lunch or champagne. Just walked into salon for wash and blow dry there were 4 people working and no clients and the lady said oh we don’t have anything until Tuesday. I was like really! No one has client and this doesn’t even take that long! Wow! This is the second time this has happened to me here. I really liked Mary Catherine the one time she Did my hair but, not impressed with service or over snobbish staff or lady running desk today, or there inability to accommodate a simple wash and blow dry.

I followed my amazing hair dresser here. prices are a tiny bit higher than her last location, but it’s worth it so that I stay with her amazing skills. The recent music they have looping is not the best. Comfortable chairs at the washing station. If you’re an aveda brand specific person, this is your gold mine. They offer massages and waxing, but I haven’t used those services.
