I have never been the most loyal customer when it comes to hair care. I always went to a salon/stylist that was convenient at that particular time. However, the moment I started seeing Caroline that all changed, and we are now going on three years! Caroline is friendly, flexible, and talented! She is always willing to partake in my hair adventures when it comes to color and length. Her hours are flexible, and she always does her absolute best to fit me in around my crazy schedule. I recently moved and had to start driving 50 minutes to the salon, but I continue to do so because of Caroline and the customer service at the salon! 110% recommend!!

I went yesterday for for a consultation about a perm and met with Danielle. She was super sweet, and very honest about the reality of where my hair was because of previous highlights and gave me tips to help the health of my hair. —- She also gave me a spur of the moment wash, haircut and style and did a fantastic job! Now everyone gets a bad haircut sometimes. Having said that, what made this salon terrible was management. Can not get a manager on the phone. Left messages and called numerous times to no avail.

I’ve gotten two cuts here. If it is your first time and you have complicated hair texture, I recommend making an appointment earlier in the day and asking for extra time so the stylist can learn your hair texture before you start. Make it clear that your hair is not easy-breezy. My first cut here just did not translate, partly because the picture I gave as an example didn’t match my hair texture and partly because the stylist didn’t know what to expect from my hair. Even after a few months, when I went back, the stylist remembered the quirks from my first cut and corrected for them.
